Chicken Ramen Bowl Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chicken slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a boil.
Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Return the cooked chicken to the pot along with mushrooms and spinach. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
