Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 2 pcs Boiled eggs halved
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced chicken breast, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook until chicken is done.
  3. 3. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Add cooked noodles to the broth. Stir in spinach and let it wilt.
  5. 5. Serve in bowls, top with boiled eggs, sesame oil, and green onions.
