Chicken Salad with Apples, Grapes, and Walnuts

- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Red Grapes, halved
- 1 cup Apple, diced
- ½ cup Walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, halved grapes, diced apple, and chopped walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over the chicken mixture.
