  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices in the same skillet until golden brown.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich by placing lettuce, tomato, and cooked chicken breast between two slices of bread.
