Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, ground coriander, and coconut milk.
  2. 2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve with peanut sauce and lime wedges.
