Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 pc Lemon juiced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. 3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
  5. 5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. 6. Serve the chicken shawarma with pita bread, hummus, and your favorite toppings.
