Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 large Carrots sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
3. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
4. Pour in chicken broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
6. Remove chicken, shred it, and return to pot. Serve hot.
