Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture.
  5. Cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
