Ingredients 

Marinade Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2. Place chicken thighs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using a grill, lightly oil the grates.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill or bake the chicken thighs for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  5. 5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
