Chicken Tikka Masala

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and half of the garam masala. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
4. Add tomato sauce, remaining garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
5. Stir in heavy cream and cooked chicken. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot with rice or naan.
