  • 1 cup Diced Mango
  • 0.5 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1 piece Jalapeno, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime, juiced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is cooking, combine the mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Season with salt to taste.
