- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric optional
In a mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, and turmeric until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and spread it out thinly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.
