Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas until mostly smooth.
2. Add the onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Stir in the flour until the mixture holds together.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Form the mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
