Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 Green chili, finely chopped optional
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili (if using), and cilantro to the batter. Mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly to form a circle.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
