Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 1 cup Water
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Small onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 Green chili, finely chopped optional
- ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili (if using), and cilantro to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it out evenly to form a circle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
