Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
4. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or in a sandwich.
