Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Red or green salsa
- ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 Fried eggs optional
- ¼ cup Sour cream
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the tortilla chips and salsa to the skillet. Stir to coat the chips in the salsa.
3. Cook for about 5-10 minutes until the chips have softened but are not mushy.
4. Remove from heat and top with queso fresco, cilantro, and fried eggs if using.
5. Drizzle with sour cream before serving.
