Instructions
1. Combine parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with chimichurri sauce on top.
