  • 1 can creamed corn 15 oz
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained, 15 oz
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 green onions chopped green onions
  • to taste salt

Instructions 

  1. In a pot, combine creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the soup thickens.
  4. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup to create egg ribbons.
  5. Add soy sauce, white pepper, and salt to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
