Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
- ½ cup Warm water
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and instant yeast.
2. Add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
6. Shape each piece into a ball and place on parchment paper squares.
7. Let the buns rise for another 15 minutes.
8. Steam the buns for 15 minutes over high heat.
