Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Filling

  • 200 grams ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water, milk, and vegetable oil. Knead until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  2. 2. For the filling, mix ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and green onions in a bowl.
  3. 3. Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of filling in the center. Pinch the edges to seal.
  4. 4. Place buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper. Steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
