  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions

  2. 2. Add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.
  3. 3. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Punch down the dough, divide it into 12 equal pieces, and shape each piece into a bun.
  6. 6. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the buns for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
