Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate chopped
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 50 g almonds finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder for coating
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a mixing bowl over simmering water.
2. Stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
3. Add the chopped almonds and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Let the mixture cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.
5. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
