Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted

Ganache

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
  5. Whisk the mixture until smooth and glossy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the ganache into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
