Chocolate Lava Cake

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted butter plus extra for greasing
- 4 oz Bittersweet chocolate chopped
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 Egg yolks
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour. 
- Melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. 
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt until thick and pale. 
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then fold in the flour until just combined. 
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. 
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft. 
- Let the cakes cool in the ramekins for 1 minute, then run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto plates. Serve immediately.
