- 1 cup Peanut butter
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter together, stirring until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
