  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of butter together, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
