Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate mixture into cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
