Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate and let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate mixture into cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
