- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Grated zucchini
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the oil and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
