  • 12 pieces Dates pitted
  • 100 grams Chorizo sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if not already pitted.
  3. Stuff each date with a slice of chorizo.
  4. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the dates are heated through and the chorizo is slightly crispy.
  6. Serve warm.
