- 12 pieces Dates pitted
- 100 grams Chorizo sliced
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if not already pitted.
Stuff each date with a slice of chorizo.
Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the dates are heated through and the chorizo is slightly crispy.
Serve warm.
