- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
Add bread cubes, cheese, and sausage to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
