Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs large

Topping

  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cheesecake while warm.
  6. Let cool before serving.
