Crust
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs large
Topping
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cheesecake while warm.
Let cool before serving.
