In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise for about 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into four equal pieces. Shape each piece into a loaf and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the loaves are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Let the loaves cool on a wire rack before serving.
