Cinnamon Apple Crumble

Crumble Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter cold and diced
Apple Filling
- 6 medium apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Add cold, diced butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
In another bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.
Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
