Cinnamon Raisin Bread

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Raisins
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, salt, and cinnamon to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Punch down the dough and knead in the raisins.
6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
