Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the pizza dough into bite-sized pieces.
Bring water and baking soda to a boil in a large saucepan.
Drop dough pieces into the boiling water for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Brush the baked pretzel bites with melted butter and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
