Salad Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
1. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
2. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add chopped romaine lettuce to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
4. Add croutons and additional Parmesan cheese on top. Serve immediately.
