Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. Add the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  3. 3. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Toss the salad gently using salad tongs until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
