  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced avocado
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup dressing (ranch or blue cheese)

Instructions 

  1. Arrange the chopped romaine lettuce on a large plate or salad bowl.
  2. Top with rows of diced chicken, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and green onions.
  3. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
