Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced avocado
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ cup dressing (ranch or blue cheese)
Arrange the chopped romaine lettuce on a large plate or salad bowl.
Top with rows of diced chicken, tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, and green onions.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
