Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs large
  • ½ cup Milk any kind
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
