Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
- 2 tablespoon Water cold
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and gelatin mixture until fully dissolved.
Pour mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
