Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed Coffee cooled
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup of water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or individual serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Serve chilled, optionally with whipped cream or condensed milk.
