Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. Add the cooled spaghetti to the bowl with the vegetables and cheese.
  4. 4. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
