Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Goat cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and white wine to the saucepan. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and butter. Cook until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined.
  6. Place the grilled chicken on a serving plate, top with crumbled goat cheese, and spoon the sauce over the chicken.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
