Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls
Delicious chicken rolls stuffed with ham and cheese, then breaded and baked to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
