Corn and Black Bean Guacamole
A delicious and hearty guacamole with corn and black beans.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Black beans rinsed and drained
- 3 Avocados peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 1 Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados, corn, black beans, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
