Ingredients

  • 4 cups crumbled cornbread
  • 2 cups crumbled biscuits
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornbread, biscuits, celery, and onion.
  3. Add chicken broth, beaten eggs, sage, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
