- 4 cups Cornbread, cubed
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Sage
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread cubes, celery, and onion.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add celery and onion, cook until softened.
Add cooked celery and onion to the cornbread mixture.
Pour chicken broth over the mixture and stir to combine.
Season with sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
