Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat cooked and shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
