Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for toasting
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
  2. 2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Butter the bread slices and toast them in a frying pan until golden brown.
  4. 4. Spread the crab mixture onto one slice of toasted bread and top with the other slice.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
