Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Topping
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut into strips.
7. Place the strips on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
8. Brush the baked breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
