- 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
